Group Telecoaching

It’s a common scenario: you want appearance, etiquette, and communication coaching. Or perhaps members of your team want it. But with the rigors of the workplace and tight schedules, there’s just no time to make it happen.

At Starla West International, we understand. That’s why we offer a group telecoaching option. These monthly, one-hour sessions give you and/or members of your team the opportunity to enhance your appearance, communication, and etiquette skills without removing you from the workplace for an extended amount of time.

COACHING FORMAT
One-Hour Monthly Group Telecoaching Session

  • Each month via webinar there will be 60 minutes of group coaching, discussion and Q&A. This time will be spent helping you and others in your group adopt the knowledge and skills needed to accomplish your image objectives. A tentative coaching agenda along with the exact dates are noted below.
  • All three key areas of your professional image will be addressed (appearance, behavior and communication skills). Starla will serve as your strategic partner to help you create specific action plans and follow-through with accountability.
  • There’s no need to worry about scheduling conflicts because an online digital recording will be emailed 24-hours after each call. If you have to miss a call or two, you will still have access to an online recording of the entire webinar.

PREWORK & HOMEWORK
Each monthly coaching session will have prework that may include any combination of online assessments, reading, research and/or planning. Prework will be emailed two weeks prior to each coaching call. Each coaching session will end with an action plan that in essence, will be homework for the following session.

REAL WORLD APPLICATION
We will have intense, one-on-one, content rich discussions after which will be a four-week period where you will have the opportunity to put into practice your newly acquired knowledge and skills. Starla will ask that you keep a detailed log of your interactions with clients, colleagues, family and friends noting (1) what went well and (2) where you continue to have room for improvement. During each coaching session, she will ask you to review your log. Success will be celebrated and a comprehensive strategy for continued success will be developed.

EMAIL SUPPORT
Unlimited email support will be available during the coaching engagement. If you have questions or need clarification, Starla will be available via email to address them.

COACHING BINDER
After you register, a Coaching Binder will be provided for the safe and easy storage of all coaching materials which will include prework handouts, a homework log, your individual assessments and other miscellaneous coaching materials.
