Prework & Homework Each coaching session will have prework that may include any combination of online assessments, reading, research and/or planning. Each coaching session will end with an action plan that in essence, will be homework for the following session.

Real World Application You will have intense, one-on-one, content rich discussions after which you will have the opportunity to put into practice your newly acquired knowledge and skills. Starla will ask that you keep a detailed log of your interactions with clients, colleagues, family and friends noting (1) what went well and (2) where you continue to have room for improvement. During each coaching session, she will ask you to review your log. Success will be celebrated and a comprehensive strategy for continued success will be developed.
