This training is strategically designed for the individuals in your organization responsible for writing employee and customer communications – both internal and external. It is designed for five to ten employees and is most effective when hands-on practice is incorporated. That’s why we recommend one six-hour onsite coaching session per month for a three-month period. Plus, each attendee receives 30 minutes of one-on-one telephone support each month during the three-month coaching period. This will ensure employees (1) absorb the training content and (2) adopt new behaviors that ultimately result in a more powerful, effective and productive in-house writing team.
